Nicht erhalten und Mail funktioniert nicht mehr

Ich habe Mitte Dezember eine Uhr bestellt und diese bis heute nicht erhalten, aber der Betrag wurde auf meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Auf eine Mail Ende Dezember habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten und heute wo ich nochmals eines senden wollte ging die Mailadresse nicht mehr.
