Order has not arrived and I am unable to access the shipment status. Terribly disappointed. Have emailed customer service.
I am very happy with the watch and the leather strap. I have been wearing the watch every day for 7 years and I am very happy.
I am very disappointed. Still waiting for an answer and a refund or the right strap.
Even though first delivery was wrong (model 4 instead of 3), model 3 was redelivered still on time. My wife just loves it!
