Item sent by expedited delivery on Thurs 16th Sept, 5 days to arrive. Checked tracking link and the item is still in Zurich. Awful, awful service. Do not use. Now 3 weeks since I first ordered the item with their website saying items ordered before midday would be sent the same day.
Customer service responded to my emails, pleasant surprise - problem with UPS shipping and they couldn't ship the order, promised to send it out today plus a free watch strap. Then no response to my email whether the item has been shipped. Baby steps.

Hi all, just wondering what mode of transport was used to send my item? Rowing boat or speed boat? Ordered Thurs 2nd Sept with your website claiming orders placed before midday would be shipped the same day. No update, no shipping. 5 emails later, 3 reviews on your website. I’ve told my friend the item is for his birthday in 2022, wondering whether that was too ambitious. Let me know if I should expect the item in 2023 instead.

Another day without any response or update. No rush. Let me know if I’m likely to receive my order from 2nd Sept in 2021 or 2022. Originally bought it as a birthday present so it can be used for next year if easier for you all. Much obliged
Ordered this item before midday Thurs 2nd Sept. Website claims items ordered before midday would be shipped the same day. Friday 10th Sept and the item hasn’t been shipped and I’ve had no response to 3 emails enquiring for an update. Can anyone at Flachsmann please update on why there is a delay or at least respond to my emails? Truly awful, awful customer service. Do not use
